Micro-Needling
Micro-needling, also known as collagen-induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure. It involves a handheld device (Skin Pen) with fine microneedles that create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. The tiny punctures stimulate the skin's natural wound healing process. As the skin heals, it produces new collagen and elastin, leading to improved skin texture, firmness, and overall appearance.

Schedule: Treatment schedules vary, but can be as little as 3 treatments 30 days apart. Most patients can return to normal activities within 24 hours.
With or Without PRP: Microneedling can be performed with or without PRP (platelet-rich plasma). Platelet-rich plasma is derived from your own blood where platelets (blood cells that cause clotting) are stripped from the plasma (the liquid component of blood that consists mainly of water and proteins) and added back in concentrated amounts. PRP is applied topically to the skin during or after microneedling resulting in a 15% - 20% collagen boost. It packs a potent anti-aging effect. PRP promotes clotting, cell growth, and wound healing, tightening the skin on the face.
